I have been focusing on building more muscle mass while continuing to lose body fat. This pic is at 64kg weight with around 14% body fat… I not just look better (you just know when dresses hugs your body better), but feel better and move better too. . I now lift more weight with way better confidence and have 10 times more strength than I used to have… Every struggle, be it related to training or nutrition was worth it to reach this stage!! .

Why do you do what you do? – I lift in order to live a more productive life! – I get asked all the time why I lift and stay fit. – I think people want to hear me say bc it’s my job, because it pay etc. – But the truth is not at all what they are expecting. – I truly lift and stay for so that I can live my life to its fullest! – My kids know I will be the grandma teaching my grand kids how to cliff jump, rock climb and yes deadlift! – Why do you do what you do? Do you even have a reason, or are you just going through the motions? – I challenge you to find a reason for what you do or replace it with something you do have a reason for. – Life is much too short to live without purpose! – And yes I know work for many of us has no reason other than paying bills, though it sucks, it is a pretty good reason. – Just try to make sure the other things in life have a different purpose.

Choices build habits, habits sets direction, direction determines destination! – Right now some of us have more on our plates bc of this virus. And others of us have less. – How we choose to respond to what we have been given has the potential to set in motion very positive or very negative outcomes. – It could be very easy to become either overwhelmed or bored, depending on your situation. – For those of us overwhelmed, we need to find a way to keep active so as to keep our stress down. – For those of us bored we need to find a purpose. – Working out in some way will help with both of those. – I don’t have access to a gym just as most of you don’t. But I still workout. – Whether you thing is lifting or cardio there are ways to get it done inside. – I will not bore you with ideas since IG is flooded with them.
